Your property work, clearly.
Today helps property professionals organize their thoughts, manage properties and prepare marketing content.
Check before you share
Property details, prices, availability and photos come from users. Today does not verify ownership, title, measurements, approvals or registration status. Confirm listing facts, permissions and applicable RERA disclosures before advertising or making a property decision.
AI is an assistant
AI organization, research, matches and drafts can contain mistakes or become outdated. Review the underlying facts and sources. These tools do not provide a valuation, legal advice or a guarantee of a sale, rental or investment outcome.
Your content and its rights
You retain your rights in the content you provide. Only upload or publish material you own or have permission to use. Today’s branding, interface and original content are protected; third-party names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.
Posting to other platforms
A downloaded listing package is preparation, not publication. You choose what to submit and are responsible for reviewing it. A portal’s own account requirements, terms, fees and moderation apply. Today is independent of 99acres, Magicbricks, Instagram and Threads; naming a destination does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Property decisions stay with you
Today is a workspace, not a party to your property transaction. Use independent professional advice and verification where needed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
